About the Role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Client Services team at TMW Unlimited. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the account team in the successful running of the account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for the client's retail network, managing incoming calls, enquiries and support requests from across the UK.
  • Support colleagues in the day-to-day running of on-going campaigns, taking ownership of some projects as and when appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, together with team members and colleagues across departments, that engender trust and add value.
  • Manage expectations of internal stakeholders throughout the duration of a project by effectively communicating information, actions and progress.
  • Be across industry leading ideas and emerging trends and proactively share your views with the team.
