Role Overview
  • This role is part of a diverse network of over 80 ecologists with the energy to contribute to a diverse project portfolio.

You will work closely with the regional team, develop relationships with colleagues from other teams, and have the opportunity to choose where, how, and when you work. We operate a fully flexible, hybrid working environment which allows our ecologists to focus on talent and skills, not postcode.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a diverse project portfolio as part of a network of over 80 ecologists.
  • Develop your expertise across many areas of ecology, including liaison with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the regional team and develop relationships with colleagues from other teams.
  • Choose where, how, and when you work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

  • Cars or car allowances are provided to every member of the team, regardless of grade.
  • We encourage the development of well-rounded ecologists who can discuss all stages of a project, providing internal and external training and mentoring.
  • A significant financial bonus is offered to anyone achieving Chartered Environmentalist/Ecologist status through CIEEM.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including cars or car allowances, IT systems for remote working, and opportunities for professional development and recognition.
