As a Hospital Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy environment for patients, carers, staff, and visitors. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the cleanliness of the unit and provide a high-quality housekeeping service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces
* Ensure that all equipment and furniture are in good working order and report any defects or maintenance issues
* Liaise with nursing and catering departments to ensure the cleanliness of the unit and provide a responsive housekeeping service
* Support the smooth running of the Centre in relation to cleanliness, tidiness, linen supply, curtains, and waste management
* Deal with minor complaints quickly and efficiently and bring to the attention of managers any matters of a more serious nature

Requirements:

* Basic reading and writing skills
* Relevant experience in housekeeping
* Ability to work positively and productively with all other members of the hospital based on the principles of multi-disciplinary working
