Job Title: Cluster Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Team Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers in providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers in delivering person-centred care and support to adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individual support plans that promote independence and choice.
  • Conduct regular supervisions and performance appraisals with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with social workers, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support.
  • Participate in on-call service and provide support to the Registered Area Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
