Construction Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction worker to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general labour duties on the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment, and following instructions from the site supervisor.

• Perform general labour duties on the construction site, including manual labour tasks.
• Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues by adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work well in a team to achieve project goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the job site, including disposing of waste and keeping the area tidy.
• Assist with various tasks as required by the project, such as loading and unloading materials, and operating machinery.

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Previous experience in construction or labourer roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
