Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for taking commercial ownership of multiple residential projects across the East of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial ownership of multiple residential projects
- Running CVRs, processing payments, and managing procurement
- Resolving commercial problems onsite
The ideal candidate will be a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in the residential development market in Scotland. You will have a strong work ethic and methodical approach to work, and enjoy working with a settled and supportive team.
