Job Title: Practice Assurance Lead

About the Role:
As a Practice Assurance Lead at Ackerman Pierce Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality social care through effective quality assurance frameworks and practice standards. This role is part of our Children's Services team, where you will work closely with internal and external partners to promote a collaborative approach to service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct reflective Learning Episodes (case audits) to assess and improve the quality and impact of our practice.
• Lead initiatives that create a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring child and family voices are central to practice evaluation and improvement.
• Work closely with Workforce Development to organise thematic practice weeks and integrate audit findings into updated practice guidance and procedures.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations through reports, workshops, and strategic meetings to inform and improve service delivery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Social Work England registration with experience as a qualified social worker.
• Experience in Quality Assurance within social care, with a passion for impactful practice improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external partners.
