Senior Facilities Coordinator

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
We are recruiting a Senior Facilities Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and business support in Milton Keynes on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.
About the RoleThis role will contribute to the continued growth and success of our Business Unit by understanding, anticipating, and delivering to customer needs within quality and time constraints.
- Liaise closely with site teams and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
- Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the contract scope and ensure all work is carried out according to the contract terms.
- Identify and implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and meet client expectations.
You will also be responsible for monitoring calls received from customers through to call completion and updating records. Daily operations and the specific scope of the contract require a strong focus on detail.
Familiarity with daily operations and the specific scope of the contract is essential for this role. Any other duties as requested by the Contract Manager, Lead Contract Support, or Finance & Contract Support Manager may be undertaken.
RequirementsA good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard) including an English and Maths qualification is required. Proficiency in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is also necessary, particularly Excel skills which include basic functions and v-lookups.
An excellent command of the English language demonstrated through good verbal and written communication is essential. A strong sense of customer focus and team spirit are also important attributes for this role.
What We OfferAs a Senior Facilities Coordinator, you can expect a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
