Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and companionship.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. If you have a kind and caring nature, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, as needed
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client care and support
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Be 18 or over
- Valid UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
