Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Promote resident independence and well-being
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent high-quality care services
* Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A caring and patient nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Previous experience as a carer or similar role
