### Job Title: Test Automation Engineer I

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team at Balance Talent. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our payments/transactions platform.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using JavaScript and other relevant technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
* Design and implement data-driven testing strategies to improve test efficiency and effectiveness
* Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of automated testing into the development lifecycle

#### Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in test automation engineering
* Strong understanding of JavaScript and its application in test automation
* Experience with data-driven testing and data analysis tools (e.g. Datadog)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
