Overhead Lines Management Expert

**Job Overview**

Morgan Sindall Group Plc is seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to join our Energy business. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Overhead Lines department, supporting the pre-construction, training, resourcing, and methodology teams.

As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support and insight to our tender teams, working with the management team to develop a suite of Construction Work Instructions, and maintaining a digital library of Construction Work Instructions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide technical support and insight to our tender teams
• Work with the management team in developing a suite of Construction Work Instructions
• Maintaining a digital library of Construction Work Instructions
• Assist the training department in ensuring the correct competencies are in place for our skilled workforce
• Identifying gaps in competence and arranging the necessary training to ensure full compliance with company and client procedures.

**Requirements:** CITB Site Management or equivalent Electrical qualification, NVQ Management Level 3 or equivalent (preferable or working towards), CSCS Accreditation

**Salary Range:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

**Location:** National (Swynnerton / Rugby)
