Job Title: Multi-Trader

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trader to join our team at 4Site Recruitment. As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance and end-of-tenancy voids in a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance and repair work on a variety of sites, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Work on a range of tasks, including carpentry, decorating, and general maintenance.
  • Use Tommy software technology to manage your workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Blue CSCS card mandatory.
  • Ideal candidate will have first aid and asbestos awareness training.
  • Good set of own tools required.
  • Van and fuel provided.
  • Overtime option available.
  • Potential weekend work.

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trader with a strong carpentry background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a good set of own tools and are able to work independently, we would like to hear from you.
