Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential care service in Bolton, Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of support and care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our service users
- Manage and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support
- Oversee the management of budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Collaborate with commissioning teams to develop and maintain positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Proven experience in managing a team in a challenging Learning Disability Service
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and safety
