The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health related difficulties in a dynamic and innovative primary day special school environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-to-one support to pupils, focusing on their individual needs and progress
* Assist in the management of pupil behavior, using positive reinforcement techniques and strategies
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the needs of all pupils
