About the Role: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Outpatients team at the OrthTeam Centre. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with Spire's standards
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and reporting any concerns to senior staff

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC
  • At least 2 years' experience in an acute care setting
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
