About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Travail Employment Group.

As an Ecommerce Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the ecommerce function for our fast-paced team, working closely with the Sales Manager and sales teams to ensure the website displays up-to-date world-class products to customers.

You will be part of a rapidly growing business that is passionate about developing industry-leading ecommerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow sales performance by identifying how customers want to buy products and making recommendations to our marketing & creative teams.
  • Use ecommerce analysis and market monitoring to define the pricing strategy, suggest product launches, and outline product information that will maximise revenue.
  • Ensure product specs and copy on the websites are up to date.
  • Be responsible for all information displayed to the customer.
  • Make regular recommendations on product placement and promotions on our websites in line with seasonality and product sales.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to create a product promotional calendar that maximises sales.
  • Ensure that product copy and all product information is correct, up to date, and relevant on every product and collection page.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in ecommerce marketing and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
