The Logistics Partnership LLP Careers is seeking an experienced Construction Illustrator to join the team. As a key member of the technical department, you will be responsible for producing and checking design drawings, technical documentation, and calculations.

About the role:

• Produce high-quality design drawings, technical documentation, and calculations in line with industry standards.
• Liaise with clients and area technical managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of flat roof waterproofing systems, industry codes of practice, and building regulations.
• Demonstrate expertise in Part L thermal calculations and specification construction.
• Foster a collaborative approach within the team to achieve common goals.
• Analyze and understand complex construction drawings, survey reports, and specifications.

Requirements:

• Essential working knowledge of waterproofing systems and their construction.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in CAD software.

Estimated salary: £28,300 - £41,000 per annum
