About the Role:
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing quotations for New Business and Renewals, assisting the office, and serving as a referral point for Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting customer requirements efficiently and effectively for New Business.
- Deal with all enquiries from clients in the branch, over the phone, and via email to ensure all targets are maximised.
- Provide quotations for New Business and Renewals.
- Assist the office and serve as a referral point for Assistants.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an insurer or broker as an Account Handler/Account Handler.
- Cert CII qualified or looking to take qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a broking or underwriting environment.
- Excellent insurance knowledge with strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Ability to work alone or within a team and have excellent people skills.
- Competent skills in Microsoft Office.
