Pedal Technician

We're looking for a skilled Pedal Cycle Specialist to join our Evans Cycles team in Royal Leamington Spa. As a key member of our workshop, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional bicycle repair and maintenance services to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bicycle mechanics, including the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of bicycle types and components. Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic is highly desirable, but not essential.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to assess their bicycle repair and maintenance needs, provide recommendations and cost estimates for services, and ensure that all repaired bicycles meet the highest quality standards and safety regulations.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient workshop, including managing the inventory of spare parts and tools. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including commission-led bonuses, monthly group rewards, and recognition schemes.
