Job Title: Breakfast Club Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Supervisor to join our team at Leigh Academy Hartley. As a Breakfast Club Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our morning care provision, providing a safe and supportive environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage with children during the breakfast club session, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to children, ensuring a nutritious and healthy start to the day.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and implement activities and games to promote social skills, teamwork, and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's morning care experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the children and the academy.
