About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference Producer to join our Rethink Events team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and delivering high-impact international B2B conferences focused on sustainability and innovation in the food, ag-tech, and materials sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research into industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to create engaging agendas for international conferences.
  • Secure high-profile speakers and industry thought leaders for each event.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive sponsor, exhibitor, and delegate engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing content for websites, brochures, and emails.
  • Travel internationally to co-manage live events and act as MC on stage during conference delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong research skills to quickly master new industry topics and identify key trends and influencers.
  • Commercial acumen to understand how to structure conferences that deliver real business value.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging senior business leaders and crafting persuasive content.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to self-organise, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
