Cleaning Operative

Are you looking for a role that involves maintaining a clean and safe environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas within the contract are clean and hygienic. This will involve daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as periodic deep cleaning of specific areas.
We are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a desire to do a good job. You will also need to have experience of working in a customer-facing environment and be able to work individually and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in a busy office environment. You will also need to be able to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, a friendly and supportive team, and opportunities for training and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas within the contract are clean and hygienic
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning of specific areas
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and hand towels as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and sinks
- Wipe down tables, countertops, and chairs in break rooms or common areas
