Your role will be to manage a section of our self-delivery workforce on a high-profile energy scheme. You will need to drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure our teams are delivering a high-quality product for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing self-delivered civils works, including RC and Groundworks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Leading a team of construction professionals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.

Essential qualifications and experience include:

  • Strong desire to operate to the highest health & safety and quality standards.
  • Experience managing self-delivered civils works, including RC and Groundworks.
  • SSSTS qualification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • SMSTS qualification.
  • Temporary Works Supervisors qualification.
  • Gold Supervisors CSCS card.
