Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

UKCIL Ltd is seeking a compassionate and well-organised Personal Care Assistant to join our 1:1 home care team in Maidstone. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential healthcare, personal care, and domestic assistance to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Assisting with wheelchair mobility and transfers
  • Providing companionship and social interaction

Requirements:

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle

Working Hours:

  • Sunday: £14.28 per hour (rising to £15.00 after 6 months)
  • Friday: £13.59 per hour (rising to £14.30 after 6 months)
  • Saturday: £14.28 per hour (rising to £15.00 after 6 months)
