We are seeking an experienced Theatre Recovery Lead to join our team at Appoint Healthcare, a reputable private healthcare provider. As a Theatre Recovery Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-standard individualized patient care and leading a motivated and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-standard individualized patient care
- Provide care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures
- Lead and motivate the team
- NMC / HCPC registered with no restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 3 years UK theatre recovery experience
- ALS qualification highly desirable
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- On-going training and support for career development
