We are currently seeking a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join our team at Rittal CSM, one of Plymouth's top manufacturing companies.

About the Position

As a Steel Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating steel components in a fast-paced industrial environment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
  • Able to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with MIG/TIG welding processes
  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication principles and techniques
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.73 - £16.59, plus a yearly bonus of up to £1,000. Overtime is available after 37.9 hours per week. Additionally, we provide a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

The position is located in the Roborough area, Beliver Industrial Estate.

Position Type

This is a temporary-to-permanent role with the possibility of long-term employment.
