This role involves manufacturing high-quality tooling, conducting method planning, designing tools and fixtures, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong inspection skills and experience working with manual gauging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective tooling solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CNC grinding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC grinding and programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
