Nuclear Project Manager

Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with a leading international player in the nuclear energy market to recruit a Senior Project Controls Manager for its UK-based Nuclear fleet service business unit.
The successful candidate will manage a team and coordinate project controls workload, overseeing line management responsibilities, including day-to-day duties, coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training. They will also ensure the production of quality planning, scheduling, cost control, RAID, and document control outputs by the team members.
Key responsibilities include ensuring projects are baselined, fully logic linked, cost and resourced loaded, and aligned with the WBS and cost estimate/model. The ideal candidate should have experience working across project controls sub-disciplines, be confident in taking an analytical role, and possess strong communication skills.
The salary for this position is up to £70,000 per annum, with a minimum 9% pension contribution. Additional benefits may include annual leave and professional development opportunities.
