Assembly Operative Job Description

Proman is seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our team in Preston. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating machinery once trained
  • Assembling components
  • General production tasks
Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Thursday: 6:15am - 4:00pm

Pay rate: £12.00 per hour, with overtime paid at £18.00 and £24.00

After 3 months, pay rate increases to £13.38 per hour, with overtime paid at £20.07 and £26.76

Requirements:

Machine operating skills

Ability to assemble components

General production experience
