About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Web Content Editor to join our expanding Content Team within the Customer department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for editing, updating and quality checking the content on our website, working closely with diverse teams to support our overall trading plan and wider business roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and update onsite content, including images and text, across homepages, navigation and information pages, ensuring engaging and high customer experience.
  • Work closely to deliver in accordance with the content calendar and trading plans, ensuring all updates are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain an organised approach to managing multiple tasks and changes at one time, ensuring all work is prioritised and completed efficiently.
  • Be responsive to change, having the ability to respond quickly to reactive, urgent changes to the website content as needed.
  • Thoroughly review and test content changes in a test environment for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Web Content Editor who possesses strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have a good understanding of spelling and grammar, and experience in using a CMS Platform, we would love to hear from you.
