  • Audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) from customer documentation, ensuring precise and timely costings.
  • Develop processes to expedite quotation turnaround times.
  • Utilize BOM management software to provide accurate component data and generate customer-specific reports.
  • Produce build reports and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) documentation according to customer requirements.
  • Analyze discrepancies between quoted and actual production times, proposing optimizations to enhance quality and meet time targets while ensuring safe manufacturing practices.
