Job Summary:
A highly motivated Regional Sales Manager is required to develop and expand sales of capital machinery within North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical consultancy and sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer complaints efficiently.

About the Role:
This field-based position offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your territory effectively. You will be responsible for promoting the company's comprehensive range of machinery solutions to both new and existing customers, collaborating with various departments to tailor the best offers for customers, and supporting the sales of service contracts and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and expand sales of capital machinery within North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
  2. Strategically manage your own territory through new business development, customer meetings, and effective use of CRM to drive sales and forecasts.
  3. Promote the company's comprehensive range of machinery solutions to both new and existing customers.
  4. Represent the company professionally across all levels of customer interaction, enhancing the company's image and brand.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to tailor the best offers for customers.
  6. Support the sales of service contracts and spare parts.
What You Will Bring:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of technical consultancy and sales experience in capital machinery, with a strong preference for those with experience in the uPVC industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints efficiently and maintain strong relationships with profile manufacturers and specialists.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location:
