Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the overall health and performance of our server estate, virtualization platform, and all services across a distributed enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provision, maintain, support, capacity plan, and optimize high-profile infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in server operations, cloud, virtualization, and storage.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing Windows Server infrastructure, including SAN storage and data center environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring platforms, such as SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2019, Microsoft SQL Server administration, and clustering and availability groups.
  • Understanding of networking and connectivity concepts.
  • ITIL certification and experience working in an IT service management environment.
