Luxborough Court School is a brand-new, purpose-built facility catering to 150 students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder aged 5-19. Our school offers a unique and supportive environment, designed to meet the specific needs of our students.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher to join our team. As a special needs teacher leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our students.
Responsibilities
- To lead and manage a team of teaching assistants and support staff.
- To develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- A proven track record of leadership and management.
