As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the People Technology Delivery Team and overseeing key processes, including Workday change request management.
  • Providing expert guidance on Workday functional configuration and support.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive technology adoption and maximize system capabilities.
  • Representing the People Technology team on HR projects and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including HR CoE's and HR Services teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday technology within a global organization.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with ability to lead conversations with external vendors.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations like GDPR.
