Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a Bank Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals to our residents. Your expertise in food preparation, presentation, and service will ensure that our residents receive the best possible dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
• Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
• Monitor and control kitchen supplies, equipment, and resources
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure that our residents' nutritional needs are met

Requirements:

• SNVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
• Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service
