Job Title: Commercial Contracts Expert

This is a unique opportunity to join COREcruitment Ltd as a Solicitor, specializing in commercial contracts. Based in Greater Manchester, this role offers a challenging and rewarding experience, with the chance to work closely with a small team of lawyers and senior managers on a variety of commercial and legal matters.

About the Role:
In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring they are legally robust and in line with company policies and procedures. You will also provide advice to various departments, including purchasing, HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Safety & Wellbeing, and Pensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring they are legally robust and in line with company policies and procedures
  • Provide advice to various departments, including purchasing, HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Safety & Wellbeing, and Pensions
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years PQE
  • Experience in a well-known/national law firm preferred
  • Beneficial to have some in-house experience in a corporate business
  • Proven experience of drafting and negotiation skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
