Job Title: Kitchen PorterWe are now looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Tynemouth Castle Inn.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the kitchen team in the production of food and maintaining food hygiene to the highest standards.
- Be responsible for the wash-up area for crockery, cutlery & kitchen equipment.
- Assist with basic food preparation when required. Full training will be given to our successful kitchen porter.
- Clean the kitchen and kitchen equipment as directed and following the kitchen cleaning schedule.
- Other general duties that contribute to a smoothly run kitchen.

Age-related pay rates apply for Under 21s. 18-20 9.00 per hour. Under 18s 7.50 per hour.
