About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and working closely with our Pharmacists to deliver great results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and communicated to the customer.
  • Work closely with our Pharmacists to deliver high-quality patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes.
  • Develop an understanding of our Standard Operating Procedures and work to them to ensure the highest standards of service.

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and passionate about helping people. You will have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.
