About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our TPS branch in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and drive sales growth
- Manage parts stock levels, debtors, and administration to ensure efficient operations
- Develop a marketing and publicity strategy to promote products and services
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and productive team
