Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Estimator to lead our estimating team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for independently tendering projects, working collaboratively with our Surveying and Operational teams, and mentoring junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently tender projects with values up to £10 million.
  • Collaborate with Surveying and Operational teams to produce competitive tenders.
  • Report to the Managing Director and provide expert advice on estimating matters.
  • Mentor and develop more junior members of staff to ensure their growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estimating, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
  • Ability to price from first principles and provide accurate estimates.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to office and site locations as required.
