As an Assessment Evaluator, you will use your strong subject knowledge to mark candidates' responses accurately and consistently, adhering to the Code of Practice and examination procedures. Some subjects are marked onscreen using ePEN, while others are marked in the traditional method using paper scripts sent through the post.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining overall standards by marking accurately and consistently.
  • Submitting samples to your Team Leader at designated times.
  • Meeting milestones for marking.
  • Completing all administration as specified.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience delivering BTEC in a relevant sector or teaching qualification and GCE experience in the subject area.
  • At least 1 year of teaching/BTEC delivery experience within the last 8 years.
