As a Sales Executive at Lookers Audi Guildford, you will be working alongside a passionate sales team to provide exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Reporting to Mike Wood, Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and establish a strong career within the industry. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, arranging test drives, and negotiating sales prices.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Negotiate the final price for the sale
- Complete relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about the automotive industry. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. You will need to hold a full UK driving license, as you may be required to drive high-performance vehicles.
