Regional Fundraising Specialist

Join STC Payroll Giving, a leading Professional Fundraising Organisation, as a Regional Fundraiser and play a key role in raising money for charities across the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to engage with employees at top UK companies, helping them raise money for good causes and increase their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) impact.
About the RoleWe are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build rapport quickly and deliver targets in a customer-related environment. As a Regional Fundraiser, you will be responsible for setting up and working in private site venues, representing STC Payroll Giving with professionalism and respect, and adhering to our code of conduct and data security rules.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and inspire employees at top UK companies to raise money for charities
- Work as part of a team of fundraising experts to deliver targets and increase CSR impact
- Share engaging stories about STC Charity clients
- Set up and work in private site venues
- Represent STC Payroll Giving with professionalism and respect
We are looking for someone with a fundraising, marketing, or sales background, who has initiative, enthusiasm, and passion for fundraising. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and articulate, and have a warm and friendly persona. A full UK driving licence and own car are also essential.
