About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and support to nursing staff
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Assisting with patient transfers, mobility, and rehabilitation
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the ward, responding to emergencies and situations as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service
