Job Description:
Mechanical Assemblers required for manufacturing and production roles in Great Bridge. Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour.

We are seeking skilled Mechanical Technicians to join our dynamic team at InstaStaff. The ideal candidate will have mechanical hydraulics experience, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and operate various tools including air, electric and manual equipment with torque range settings. A competitive salary and shopfloor bonus are on offer.

This is a temp to perm role, Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for building vehicles, assembling systems and equipment, fabricating and repairing machinery, and operating tools and machinery. A background in car building or previous mechanic experience would be advantageous.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Building vehicles using various tools and equipment
• Interpreting engineering technical drawings
• Assembling and installing systems and equipment
• Fabricating and repairing machinery
• Operating tools and machinery

Requirements:
Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Must have a strong understanding of mechanical principles and experience working with hydraulic systems. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Benefits:
A competitive hourly rate of £12.50 - £13.50, rising to £13.50 once taken on permanently. Shopfloor bonus included.
