In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team to manage large-scale industrial and commercial projects, leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills to drive success.

Responsibilities and Requirements

This position requires a highly skilled MEP Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale industrial and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Procurement and Contract Management: Oversee sub-packages/contracts and materials to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Clients Liaison: Collaborate with clients regarding design variations and changes, maintaining open communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Talent Management: Lead full-site teams, coordinate with third-party subcontractors, and ensure effective project execution.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects meet set specifications and budgets, prioritizing quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety throughout the project lifecycle, minimizing risks and ensuring a secure working environment.
  • Meetings Coordination: Organize weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale industrial or commercial setting.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding across all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, with a proven track record of applying this expertise effectively.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Compensation: Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience.
