Job Title: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer

At Integral UK Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with building operating manuals and contract service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement mechanical, electrical, and fabric PPM in accordance with O&M manuals and service levels.
  • Coordinate the activities of specialist subcontractors into the PPM programme.
  • Carry out RM in response to Help Desk requirements in compliance with contract service level outputs.
  • Report back to the Help Desk and Site FM on completion of PPM and RM tasks.
  • Provide information in support of contract reports supplied to the client.
  • Support the Regional FM and Site FM in all aspects of delivering the FM services contract.
Requirements:
  • NVQ or City & Guilds Mechanical or Fabric Discipline.
  • Basic Electrical Maintenance Experience.
  • Previous experience within a building services maintenance role.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
