Job Opportunity: Paediatric Dentistry Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Dentistry Consultant to join our team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a Paediatric Dentistry Consultant Service for patients referred from hospital colleagues, general medical and dental practitioners, and colleagues within the trust.

The post holder will promote the provision of a seamless paediatric dental service across the primary and secondary care boundary. They will also be required to support the development of the community paediatric dental service and colleagues within the department. Additionally, the post holder will be involved in undergraduate teaching to dentists and therapists and support postgraduate specialist paediatric training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a Paediatric Dentistry Consultant Service for patients referred from hospital colleagues, general medical and dental practitioners, and colleagues within the trust.
